Washi Workshop with Christin

Hey there! Christin here with a quick tip on yet another fun way I use my washi!!

I attend a lot of crops and always bring too much stuff, including the last two weekends. A few times things get lost so I decided to name my stuff starting with some of my punches. I used the typewriter font Impact Label Reversed.

I am not so fond of sticky glue so I used wide doublesided tape

Printed names

Cut them to size

Pick out your favorite washi to had a little flair!

Finished punch with name, this way you can free free to share knowing you will be able to identify your punch at your next crop!

What fun ways are you using washi today?!

Have a great day- Christin

  2. I use it as tag, just fold it over on my notebook that I keep in my purse and I know what page to go to find a certain list (like Christmas already). I also made a table in my scrap room and decorated the edges with different lengths and patterns of washi tape. One last thing is I made a heart on a card with different red patterns of tape!

    Happy Friday!

  3. Great idea on marking the punches. Lately, my hand delivered cards have been packaged in white glassine bags. I fold over the open end, hold down with a long strip of washi, add about 3 uneven short strips ( where a postage stamp would go) and top it off with a button or other embellishment. Love this blog - especially the DT gals.
