Ruby Rock-It + Freckled Fawn Blog Hop DAY 2

Hello Lovelies! Welcome to Day 2 of the amazing Ruby Rock-It + FF Blog Hop! 

Today we have Candi Billman sharing her beautiful recipe box and cards she decorated using the Country Cookin' Collection from Ruby Rock-It and some FF OHDEERME Kit embellishments. 

I had so much fun creating with Ruby Rock-It and Freckled Fawn together...what a great combo!  I chose the Country Cookin Collection Line because I love to cook...I knew right away that I wanted to make a recipe box :)

To create this project, you need to stop by your local craft store and purchase a wooden recipe box.  I adhered over size pieces of the patterned paper and then used a piece of sandpaper to rub off the extra paper that was "hanging" off the edge...plus it gives it a rugged look!  To jazz up the box a bit, I added some foam alpha letters, rubbed some brown ink on the edges and side of box and finished it off by adding embellishments from both Ruby Rock-It and Freckled Fawn!  

I also decorated a few recipe cards to go inside....
