Hello and Happy Weekend!!!
Who is excited over the Birthday Kit??? I know I am :)
If you are wondering what to do with your kit, I have the perfect project for you!
I just celebrated my 40th birthday a week ago so I gathered all of my cards & envelopes...the lovely FF Birthday Kit...a clear month grid from Maya Road...hole punch and 2 loose leaf rings.
I used Copic Markers to color my large wood numbers and assembled my cover with the Birthday Kit...
Next I punched 2 holes in the clear month grid and used that as a template to punch 2 holes in each card and envelope.
Place all the cards and envelopes in the loose leaf rings and close them up.
I started creating these mini "birthday card" books a few years back so every August I bring them out and display them in a basket. It's fun to go back and read them :)
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteWhat a FUN cover and FABULOUS way to keep your cards & envelopes!!! I confess that I keep my cards and some of the envelopes too, I like to see the different hand writing & stamps on each one ... sadly mine just get tucked away and think I will embrace your clever idea to some birthday card albums too - THANK YOU for sharing!!!
Great idea. Would be good for Christmas cards too. I never know what to do with them - other than cut them apart and use the pieces I can fit onto new greeting cards.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing.
That is such a great idea!!!
ReplyDeleteWonderful idea and great to look back over the years!
