I started scrapbooking in May 2011 and it becomes a big part of my life.My scrapbooking style is simple, feminine, and of course sparkle. ( I always sneak a little bit of bling on to my projects lol )

Melissa is one of the sweetest and most honest people around! I love her!
My name is Melissa Phillips. My husband and I live in Southern Nevada with our almost 9-year-old little girl. We have been married for 13 years. I love spending time with my family hunting, fishing, horseback riding, and traveling, and when I'm alone I enjoy reading, decorating, baking, crafting, and of course shopping for MORE scrapbook supplies, yaaay for washi tape!
I have always had a love for creating things for other people, and I enjoy the process of working with my hands to turn ordinary paper into something heartfelt. My loves are card making and altering anything that sparks my interest. I enjoy every minute of the creative process and I love to share my creations with others. I look forward to sharing my ideas with you and am so excited to be a part of this amazing team of talented artists!
Favorite thing about washi:
Have you noticed how cute this stuff looks stacked in messy piles, arranged in a clear jar, scattered on your craft desk, or on shelves at the store???? It can't look anything but CUTE I tell you...it's like candy. I have to have a little taste of it all!

I feel like Anna-Maria's projects could go in a gallery! I just adore them.
I am a little, Renaissance person who by a total coincidence has found herself in the middle of commercial Europe. I live in central Poland, not too far away from the seaside, quite close to the mountains. I am a Slavic soul, spiced with Mediterranean temperament, strengthened with Western courage, garnished with a Northern European type of beauty. Everything is so near, though distant at the same time, with common sense, moderation, tidiness, realistic view on the world and its issues scarcely being on my way. This is what I’m like, undefined. I describe myself as a Renaissance woman simply because I am passionately fond of all forms of art: theatre, architecture, painting, graphics, photography, dance, instrumental music. I like poetry as well, but, unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to write anything of artistic value – I haven’t been endowed with that kind of talent. In terms of education, I was a student of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Out of choice, I am a mother to an almost 5.5-year-old son Jaś, a wife to a wonderful and terribly handsome man, and a mistress of a cosy, though tiny, flat on the 7th floor of a skyscraper.
My scrapbooking adventure started about four years ago when my son was celebrating his first birthday. I got him a scrapbooking album as a gift and began to fill it with photos – it engrossed me so much that it became my passion; that was also the moment when I started writing my blog.
I adore mix-media technique, but above all I cannot imagine making a scrap or album without using at least a tiny bit of paint! I love watercolours, acrylic and colour ink.
I currently design for Prima Marketing, Lily Bee Design, I {lowe} SCRAP, SODAlicious, Color Conspiracy, Chic Tags, entre{ARTistes} magazine and Freckled Fawn of course. I've been fortunate to have had my work published in several magazines like: Somerset Studio, Somerset Memories, Artful Blogging, Die Scrapperin, My Prima Place, Rus Scrap, Scrap Info and entre{ARTistes}maga
