Adhesive Advise By ADRIENNE, KRISTINA, & CAROLINE

ADRIENNE

My go-to adhesive that I use on 99% of the embellishments that are in the OHDEERME kits are Glue Dots.

I have just about every shape and size and they work well holding down some of the more interesting shapes such as the acrylic clouds and resin ampersands.

The Glue Dots also work great for holding down the rubber banners and wood veneer accents on my projects.  I just make sure to press down a little harder when applying the dots to ensure they are transferred to the embellishment.

For a lot of pieces in the ODM kits I use Glossy Accents by Ranger. It’s a great medium that has multiple purposes, but is a great adhesive and a little goes a LONG way. I also use a clear, dotted roll-on adhesive by American Crafts to adhere other flatter pieces that aren’t so heavy.

For me I use my AC dot to dot runner or glossy accents to adhere things that may show through.
For veneer I use the same.
Also I sometimes stitch or use staples :)

  1. I would love to order more of these rubber banners but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Do you know who makes them?
