We are so excited you are here to celebrate our new line!!!!
As you know... I ADORE these tapes! Freckled Fawn and I worked very closely with our designer Lili Niclass to bring these to you. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have!
When I first saw the tapes we were just back from a camping trip, so logically it was time for a mini book! I thought the tapes went lovely with the August kit from Studio Calico, which included a lot of Woodland park from October Afternoon. I made a couple minis for my kids with this already but had enough left over to make a simple & sweet mini. With the woodgrain tape, it really was a perfect match for the theme as well!
I picked up some clear card boxes from Made by Mish, and I just love them! I made my mini to fit inside this adorable box.
Here is a picture outside the clear card box, I love that yellow clip! Its perfect for this size mini.
I used the woodgrain tape as my binding, the heart knots are the cutest thing ever! When we got to the cabin my mom and I surprised my oldest daughter with a trip to NYC with Grammy. We were all so excited and tearing up that I didn't get very clear pics, but the huge smile on her face says it all!
We are just loving year-round school! We took this camping trip the last week of September and here in
northern California we have had a very warm early fall, so swimming on the lake was perfection!
I love this moose, every camping trip should have at least one picture like this!
To be honest, this is what 90% off my mini album looks like! A print with a simple strip of washi tape at the top, I think this really allows the photo to tell the story.
One of the things I love most about the arrow tape is that it is on white transparent tape, so you can put it on top of any paper to pick up that color!
We are giving away an entire set of the he said, she said washi tapes to one lucky reader (on EACH BLOG!). So please make sure to leave a comment on THIS blog, and every blog on our blog hop for YOUR chance to win! We will annouce the winners on Monday October 8th!!
So the FUN IS just starting!!!!
Your next stop on the blog hop is:
Have fun! And if you get lost anywhere along the way here is the order of the hop!

See you soon!

ReplyDeleteI love your mini book Shanna! The washi tape is so cute layered on the front and fun strips and pops of color on the inside pages too. I think I could scrapbook like this. I steer clear of it as decision making is so tough. Cards give me instant gratification and I can move on, but I do enjoy making mini books as gifts and people love getting them. Thanks for a chance to win some cute washi.
